Who I am
12 yrs old: Started my first YouTube channels, "Nicibull" and "Sixsixoneone1," showcasing my passion for downhill mountain biking.21 yrs old: Learned how to build my first WordPress website.22 yrs old: Subsequently launched my first podcast, "Catch The Zenith," where I published 190+ episodes on high performance and entrepreneurship.23 yrs old: Co-founded my first business, stracy, a marketing and strategy agency, with 6 partners. Learned the lesson that in entrepreneurship, the team is everything.

23 yrs old: Began a business collaboration managing social media for Prof. Dr. Sven Voelpel, a startup founder, former youngest professor in the world, best-selling author, and Harvard graduate, who became my mentor.23 yrs old: Started a 1-year internship at Spaeter AG, assisting the CEO with a new corporate strategy. Managed social media, editing videos with Final Cut Pro, and publishing 100+ posts. Developed employer branding, created a career website, conducted executive workshops, and launched a customer support channel.23 yrs old: Graduated with my bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Basel, majoring in business. Completed the degree in 6 semesters, achieving up to 42 ECTS credits per semester.

24 yrs old: Founded a coaching business where I helped 40+ professionals with ADHD boost productivity. Supported clients in completing deferred projects, from Ph.D. theses to business launches. Simultaneously achieved #55 in the mental health category of the German podcast charts within 3 months of launching my former podcast, ADHD POWER.24 yrs old: Began my master's degree in General Management (MGM) at the University of St. Gallen, focusing on entrepreneurship courses like Lean Startup and High-Growth Entrepreneurship.24 yrs old: Co-founded BrandIN, a consulting business that helps C-level executives build their personal brand on LinkedIn. Learned that juggling too many plates at once is not helpful in business; you need to focus on one thing.

25 yrs old: Landed a 6-month internship at Stadler Rail in Salt Lake City, USA, supporting the COO and CEO as their executive project manager.26 yrs old: Joined Switzerland's #1 platform for entrepreneurs, Swisspreneur, as a volunteer Syndicate Manager. So grateful to be part of this wonderful and ambitious team.
